Stafionery payoff stand\stranding cage\wire assembly die holder\dual wheel capstan\take-up&traversing stand \transmission and electrical control system\etc.Taping is optional.
Main Features
1.The stranding tubular cage has small turning radial,both ends are supporfed by bearings,ensuring steay running and long service life
2.Closing of bobbin is by disk springs and bobbin opeening is by means of pneumatics
3.The machine equips with protecfion measures such as sutomatic stopping device for wire bteakage,emergency stop, etc.'it is safe and reliable
4.The machine uses oriainalimporewd PLC to confrol and manage the whole line,confrol the setting and running of respective Electrical Equipment.The electrical confrol system is of advanced technology,ensure easy and reliable operation
